Your vehicle is fully washed including the undercarriage and allowed to dry overnight before any product is applied.

About Us

As the owner, I have always valued making things last, and that extended to the vehicles I owned. It was obvious to me at a very young age that the number one enemy in the lifetime of any vehicle would be corrosion, or simply said, rusting out.

About 15 years ago I started a small rustproofing shop using Waxoyl products. Through our experience, we developed a process we feel so confident in that we offer a lifetime guarantee for vehicles that are brand new when we rustproof them.

I currently own a 1966 Ford F-100 Pickup that I have had for 45 years. Many folks ask how long we can make their car last, and I suggest: “Let’s shoot for 50 years!”

Byrnes Rustproofing Center is located at 33 Pleasant Drive in the village of North Clarendon, Vermont, conveniently situated at our dedicated rustproofing shop serving all of Rutland County and beyond.

We use Waxoyl Hardwax for undercarriage rust protection and Waxoyl 120-4 for internal cavity protection. Unlike conventional rustproofing products that coat the surface, dry out, crack, and expose rust over time, Waxoyl’s advanced chemistry actively kills existing surface rust, never dries, sticks permanently, and even heals minor scratches.

We also carry products from NHOU and are an authorized Bullet Liner spray-in bed liner installer. We also offer exterior ceramic coating and touch-up work, giving you a complete vehicle protection solution under one roof.
